July 9th is my 44th Birthday. That was the goal date I set back in January and I am now within a few hours of that day.
As of this morning I have lost OVER 99 lbs. and I am ready to say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Although I will continue my journey for another 20-25 lbs I will not chronicle my weight loss after today.
It has been One HELL of a Journey.
Thanks to all my friends and family especially Rocky and Zach. I could not have done this without you.
Many have told me that I am an inspiration. If that is true than that is fantastic. I am just a guy who decided to make a stand and do something for my family and most importantly for MYSELF.
Operation 44 was a Success!!!!
I Rick! I am a friend of your sister Corey. I actually teach her kidos music at school. I am amazed at your success and so proud for you!! I'm sad to not get to keep up with more blogging and hope you decide to update me on your journey even though "operation 44" is complete. I too have about 60 to lose and this is my highest ever.
